It does not matter what operating system you have (Windows, iOS, Linux, Android etc.), as long as you have any browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera etc.).

If I decide to stop, do I lose my data?

With DentalLabor Cloud you never need to worry about your data.

Even if you stop your subscription, you will always have access to your data from DentalLabor Desktop.

How often do I need to take backups (BackUp)?

It is not necessary. There is no possibility of data being lost from our servers. Daily we keep multiple backups in three different Data Centers

How do I transfer the program I have to dCloud?

There are special “bridges” available, to transfer all the data you have already entered in the program you use, to DentalLabor Cloud. The process is simple and is carried out by the specialized technicians of DOMI.
