Responsibilities

The Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the Company’s customer base in the markets in which it operates. The role includes creating and maintaining lists of prospective customers, contacting them through appropriate communication channels, arranging meetings to discuss their business needs, and presenting the Company’s products and solutions. Following a successful agreement, the Sales Representative oversees the final implementation and provides the customer with initial user training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar sales position.
  • Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate commercial and medical software solutions.
  • Ability to stay up to date with industry developments and the knowledge required to effectively promote the Company’s products and services.
  • Strong ability to build trust and confidence with prospective customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of the English language.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with .NET development (C#, VB).
  • Experience with Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, ASP.NET MVC).
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Microsoft Access).
  • Knowledge or experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP Web Services, WCF).
  • Experience with mobile application development using Xamarin.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and software development using Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Experience in web development using modern web application development tools.
  • Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

The Technical Support Representative is responsible for providing daily technical support to the Company’s customers regarding their installed software applications. The role includes assisting customers via telephone, email, and remote support tools to ensure the smooth operation of their software.

Additional responsibilities include providing user training remotely, at the Company’s offices, or on-site at customer locations when required. The position also involves delivering product demonstrations (demos) for existing and prospective customers, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and performing software installation, implementation, and training for new customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Experience with commercial and medical software applications and the ability to quickly become proficient in the Company’s software solutions.
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
  • Strong knowledge of system software, including current versions of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, SQL Server, MySQL, antivirus software, web browsers, and query languages.
  • Basic knowledge of Greek public electronic services (e.g., gsis.gr, ika.gr, yeka.gr, etc.).
  • Ownership of a private vehicle and willingness to use it for customer on-site visits when required.
  • Good command of the English language.
